Nairobi, Kenya, with occasional travel across East Africa and Egypt.
About the Role
ONEflow Sports – Soma Bay is seeking an energetic and organized Sports Programme Coordinator to support the growth of its international sports programs across East Africa.
The primary responsibility of this role is recruiting talented student-athletes for world-class Sports academy and athlete development opportunities in Soma Bay, Egypt. The coordinator will also support partnerships with schools, academies, clubs, and families across the region.
In addition, the role will assist in organizing sports camps, athlete tours, and international exposure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard student-athletes for international football academy programs.
- Build relationships with schools, football academies, clubs, and sports institutions across East Africa.
- Promote ONEflow Sports programs and athlete opportunities in the region.
- Coordinate athlete registrations, travel logistics, and participation processes.
- Support the organization of football camps, swimming camps, sports tours, and holiday programs.
- Assist with outreach events, marketing activities, and athlete communications.
- Provide operational support during camps, tournaments, and international programs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sports administration, youth programs, recruitment, or event coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for youth development and international sports.
- Experience working with schools, academies, or football clubs is an advantage.
